What Vaultiq does
- Stores the receipts, invoices and documents you upload, and organizes them per purchase.
- If you choose to connect an Outlook or IMAP mailbox, reads purchase-related email to import those documents.
- Keeps return windows, warranty details and subscription renewals visible, and reminds you.
What Vaultiq does not do
- It does not require a mailbox — manual upload works completely on its own.
- It never sends email from your mailbox; mailbox access is used for reading purchase email only.
- It never sees your card details: payments run through Stripe, not through Vaultiq.
- It does not sell your data and shows no ads.
Your account, your access
IMAP mailbox passwords are stored encrypted. Your items stay in your own account and are only shared if you add someone to your household. No ads, no selling your data.
Stay in control of your data
Delete individual items or permanently delete your account whenever you choose, and disconnect a mailbox at any time. Household sharing only happens when you explicitly invite someone.
